By accessing or using the Website, requesting a quote, or engaging an ABC Seamless franchise location for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Franchise Structure & Independent Ownership
ABC Seamless operates as a national franchisor. Each ABC Seamless location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee ("Franchise Owner"). ABC Seamless Corporate does not directly perform installation services, employ field installation personnel, or hold contracts for individual residential or commercial projects.
When you request a quote, schedule a consultation, or enter into a service agreement through abcseamless.com or directly with a local ABC Seamless franchise location, your agreement for services is with that independently owned franchise, not with ABC Seamless Corporate. ABC Seamless Corporate is not a party to installation contracts, service agreements, or any other agreements between you and a Franchise Owner.
ABC Seamless Corporate makes no representations or warranties regarding the conduct, performance, workmanship, or business practices of any individual franchise location. Each franchise owner is solely responsible for the services, warranties, and obligations they provide to customers in their respective service areas.
