The Intern-to-Owner Program is a ground-level, hands-on education in how a successful exterior remodeling operation runs. You won't be watching from the sidelines. You'll be part of the team from day one — and every experience is a building block for the business you'll eventually lead.

Field Operations

Learn the on-site fabrication process that sets ABC Seamless apart from every competitor in the market. From seamless steel siding installation to gutter fabrication, roofing systems, and soffit and fascia — you'll develop technical proficiency across our full product line.

Customer Experience

Learn how to earn a customer's trust, deliver a project to their satisfaction, and build the kind of reputation that generates referrals for years. Customer service isn't a department — it's the foundation of every durable business.

Sales & Consultation

No. The program is designed to build knowledge from the ground up. Prior experience in construction, sales, or business is a plus — but what matters most is work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to build something of your own. We'll teach you the technical skills. The drive has to come from you.

Is this a paid program?

Yes. Interns in the Intern-to-Owner Program are compensated employees of the ABC Seamless franchise location where they're placed. Compensation details vary by franchise and program stage. Your recruiter will walk you through the specifics during the initial conversation.

How long does the program take from intern to ownership?

There's no fixed timeline — advancement is earned, not scheduled. Candidates who demonstrate the right performance and leadership potential move through the program based on their results, not a calendar. Some participants reach ownership-readiness in 2—3 years; others take longer. The path is yours to accelerate.

Am I guaranteed a franchise at the end of the program?

Program completion does not automatically result in a franchise award. Franchise ownership requires meeting ABC Seamless's financial qualifications, completing the formal franchise discovery process, and entering into a franchise agreement. The program prepares you to succeed as a franchise owner — the formal evaluation process determines whether you're the right fit for a specific territory and opportunity.
